Context

Dimer Health is a telehealth provider helping patients transition out of the hospital by offering remote clinical care and guidance. As they gained traction with investors, institutes, and new customers, it became clear their brand and website didn’t convey the credibility and trustworthiness they needed.

They turned to us at LoudFace because of our track record in UI/UX design, branding, and Webflow development, and they wanted the redesign to not only look great but also perform well in terms of conversions and SEO.

The Challenge

Dimer Health’s existing brand and website felt outdated and lacked the professional polish required to instill confidence in patients, partners, and investors. They wanted a cohesive identity—modern, reliable, and welcoming—yet still reflective of their unique origins tied to the “Dimer molecule.”

On the technical side, we had to migrate their entire site from WordPress to Webflow without losing any of the content or search engine rankings they’d built. Getting all of these elements just right was crucial to ensuring a smooth transformation.

Our Approach

1. Brand Overhaul

We began by laying the foundation for a fresh brand identity:

Logo Redesign: We modernized the “Dimer molecule” concept, refining the shape and style so it felt contemporary yet recognizable.

Typography and Color Palette: We chose new fonts that conveyed trust and sophistication while updating the purple-centered color scheme to feel more current and engaging.

Brand Guidelines: To keep everything consistent, we developed a comprehensive style guide covering everything from social media templates to print materials.

2. Website Redesign

Once the brand direction was clear, we tackled the website:

User-Centered Design: We focused on clarity, easy navigation, and approachable visuals to make the experience seamless for all visitors, including those who may not be tech-savvy.

Iterative Process: We tested multiple design variations, refining them until we arrived at a final style that balanced simplicity with a friendly, modern vibe.

Responsiveness: We ensured the site looked and functioned perfectly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

3. Webflow Development & Migration

With the design approved, we moved to Webflow:

Component-Based Build: By creating a library of reusable components in Webflow, Dimer Health’s team can easily update or expand the site on their own

CMS Transfer: We migrated all content from WordPress to Webflow, reorganizing and optimizing the structure while preserving SEO through proper redirects

Custom Code Solutions: We set up dynamic links so that different environments (staging vs. production) used the correct booking flow, ensuring a smooth user experience at every step
